Humans season 2 will be back on TV3 from Monday 31st October at 8.30pm.
Humans is set in parallel present where the latest must-have gadget for any busy family is a 'Synth' - a highly-developed robotic servant that's so similar to a real human it's transforming the way we live. Season one set up the story and introduced the core characters, but it ended on a cliff hanger where defecting cop Niska (who is actually a Synth) is seen leaving on a train, headed toward an unspecified location. Is she starting her new life? Where’s she headed? Is she looking for someone? These are questions we don’t know the answer to, but one thing is clear: She has the hard drive with the source code on it.
