Competition Terms and Conditions1. What’s the prize?One winner will have the choice of one (1) of the following packages:
- Romantic Package for two (2) to Sofitel Queenstown, including a helicopter ride to the snow and a couples spa treatment at the hotel’s So Spa.
- Family Getaway for two (2) adults & two (2) children to Pullman Rotorua, including family cycling in the Redwoods Forest and a family Skyline and luge experience.
- Friends Getaway for four (4) mates at SO/ Auckland including Waiheke ecozip adventure, pre-dinner drinks at Hi-So, and dinner at Harbour Society to the value of $800.
- Rest & Rejuvenate package for two (2) at Peppers Blue Water Resort Lake Tekapo, including a Stargazing experience, e-cycling adventure, and two 60-minute Day Spa treatments at Tekapo Springs.
The winner will also receive:
- Return flights if required from the winner’s destination from any major domestic airport to the competition destination.
- Two nights’ accommodation at the associated prize’s hotel.
- Daily breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant during the stay.
All other costs associated with claiming the prize will be at the winner’s expense. All prize components must be redeemed within one stay, to be completed before December 10, 2023.
2. Entry periodOnline entries are open from 06:00 on Monday, August 14, 2023. Entries will close at 16:00 on Thursday, August 17, 2023.
3. Conditions of entryTo enter the competition:
- You must be 18 years or older and a New Zealand citizen or resident.
- Head to TVNZ’s Breakfast Facebook page or www.winwithbreakfast.co.nz and follow the instructions to register.
- You may only enter once during the entry period.
4. Choosing a winnerThe winner will be drawn at random by Television New Zealand (TVNZ) on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 16:30.
5. Delivery of the PrizeTVNZ is running the competition in conjunction with Accor New Zealand (AAPC Properties Pty Ltd), who will manage prize redemption directly with the winner. The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the relevant provider. TVNZ will not be responsible for any failure of Accor New Zealand to deliver the prize.
STANDARD TERMS FOR ENTRANTS- By entering, you agree to the competition rules.
- TVNZ can cancel or change the competition or rules at any time.
- You can't enter if you're connected to TVNZ or Accor New Zealand (AAPC Properties Pty Ltd).
- One entry per person.
- TVNZ can publish your name and home city, take photos/videos for publicity, and call you live on-air.
STANDARD TERMS FOR WINNERS- If we can't reach you within 48 hours, we may select another winner.
- Some prizes may require eligibility checks.
- Prizes can't be traded for cash, except cash prizes.
- Prizes are personal and can't be transferred without agreement.
- Disqualification may result in choosing another winner.
- Prizes may change but will be of equal or greater value.
- Winners may appear in promos for TVNZ or the promoter.
- Tax implications may arise; consult before accepting the prize.
