Ostro welcomes Penfolds Ambassador George Samios for an evening of great food and delicious wine pairings, featuring some of Penfolds most coveted wines.
The takeover of Britomart's Seafarers building will be an evening promoting the Penfolds range with Ostro, The Matisse Room and Level 6 all hosting varying dinners with George sharing his expertise on the wine pairings across the spaces.
For one night only, Penfolds and Seafarers will serve bespoke menus by executive chef Josh Emett and Cobus red-themed spaces overlooking the harbour.
