Give them a stack of coins and a note and help them work out what is worth more.
Give your kids jars to put their pocket money in. Label one spend, one save and the other share (for things like buying presents, or donating to charity).
Encourage them to save to buy things they want. Put up a picture of what they're saving for and add a 'savings thermometer' that they can colour in as their savings grow.
