Whether you are a fully committed health enthusiast or just have a mild curiosity about new health alternatives, WELLfest offers something for everyone.
The leading presenter at this year’s WELLfest expos will be renowned health researcher and author of ‘Eat Less, Live Long’, Jason Shon Bennett. Jason will share the story of his personal journey to wellness from being diagnosed as an ‘incurable’ sufferer of asthma, hay fever, allergies, bad skin, bowel and digestive problems, and requiring daily medication, to finding that optimal health and wellness lay in hisfood and lifestyle choices.
Today, Jason has transformed his health to the point where he has not been sick, taken medications, or had a cold or illness for over 20 years. During his presentations at the WELLfest events Jason will explain how he healed himself from his many illnesses and will provide practical tips on how people can reach and maintain a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle free of illness.
This year, WELLfest is expecting a record number of exhibitors ranging from Chinese herbalists, nutritionists, life coaches, seminars, live cooking demonstrations, massage, and spiritual healers.
WELLfest will be held at the following locations:
Auckland at the Vodafone Events Centre on September 20th and 21st, and
New Plymouth at the TSB Stadium on November 1st and 2nd
Entry fee is $10 and visitors get to experience everything that WELLfest has to offer with no extra charges for events or seminars once inside the event.
