NZME (“ZM”), and Brent Eccles (together the “Promoter”) have teamed up to give ZM listeners the chance to win onedouble pass to Vine Days live in Auckland on the 27thof January, 2019. For your chance to win, register your details at ZMonline andkeep ZM Days with Bel loud all week, Monday 17th December – Friday 21st December, 2018 andyou’re your phone on cause if Bel calls you, you’ve won (the “Promotion”).
PROMOTION PERIOD
1. The Promotion starts at 9am on Monday the 17th of December, 2018 and ends at 14:00pmon Friday the 21stof December, 2018 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
2. To enter the Promotion participants must:
a) Be 16 Years of age or older
b) Be eligible under the Standard Promotion or Competition Rules below
c) Be available on Sunday the 27thof December, 2019 to attend Vine Days live in Auckland.
3. To enter, participants must regs=ister their details at ZMonline.
4. You are only a winner if you get called by Bel and your call goes to air.
5. Participants may enter the Promotion only once during the Promotion Period. All duplicated entries will be void.
6. In order to win the Prize, Participants will be required to participate on-air. If the Promoter believes, in the Promoter’s absolute discretion, that the Participant may use offensive or inappropriate behaviour or language, or that may damage the reputation of the Promoter, as determined by the Promoterin the Promoter’s absolute discretion, the Promoter may disqualify the Participant from the Promotion and any Prize awarded by the Promoter will be forfeit.
PRIZE:
1. 1 x Double pass to Vine Dayson SundayJanuary 27, 2019.
Winning the Prize:
1. Daily, an entrant at ZMonline’sFestie Bestie Win page will be chosen at random by the ZM Announcers to go to air to win.
2. The Promotion judge’s determination of the Prize Winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The winner is responsible for making their own way to and from the event, and any other expenses not included in the Prize including the cost of any accommodation, food or beverage.
4. The Prize Winners will receive the Prize as physical tickets to a physical address they have nominated and provided to the Promoter. Provided the Winner has confirmed their email address for delivery, the Promoter will send the Prize at leastfive working days before the event. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any failure or delay in delivering the Prize but will provide all reasonable assistance in cases where the Prize is not received by the Winner.
5. The Prize will be forfeited if the Prize Winner fails to provide their email address or validly claim the Prize within five days from the end of the Promotion Period.
6. The Prize is not transferable or negotiable and may only be claimed by the Prize Winner.
7. The Promoter will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Promotion including, without limitation, any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), due to any changes to the concertfor any reason, including changes to the date, time, location or line-up, any death or personal injury howsoever suffered or sustained, the cancellation or postponement for any reason of the Prize and the quality of goods or services supplied by any third party, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Other:
1. These terms and conditions may be amended and the Promotion terminated at any time by the Promoter.
2. The Promoters’ decisions on all entry and promotion matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Attendance of the Prize Winner at the event is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of the event venue and any other third-party service providers responsible for the event. The Winner and their companion agree to comply with all terms and conditions and any reasonable instructions given by such third parties.
4. Participants grant the Promoter permission to use their name, photograph, voice and film recordings in which they appear, in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use. This includes the right to use on the Promoter’s websites, Facebook pages, on air and other publications of the Promoter.
5. The Promoter will collect and use, for the purpose of the promotion, your personal information. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information (where such information is readily retrievable by contacting ZM).
