Paul Carmichael, the executive chef at Sydney’s Momofuku Seiobo, is one of the stars of Auckland Restaurant Month 2016. As well as being part of the Chef Dining Series, Carmichael is kicking off The Social Kitchen Theatre by Fisher and Paykel with a 90-minute masterclass.
