Enter our latest competition and you will have a chance to do just that. One lucky Bite reader (and friend) will not only win tickets to the April 2 event at Te Motu “The Airstrip” but will get the opportunity to travel there in style with a small group on a private Explore sailboat.
Explore, which daily ferries commuters to and from the island, is naming rights sponsor for the day-long festival. It is also offering transfers to and from Te Motu and a return Explore ferry ride (sailing back would add another 2½ hours of travelling to the day).

Meanwhile at the festival, along with food and wine matching and live music, there will also be wine education talks from Waiheke winemakers. And during festival week, March 30 to April 3, individual vineyards will host wine, food and music events.
