Specific Terms & Conditions
Hampton Downs Motorsport Park is offering you and a companion the opportunity to
win a trip to either the Laser Plumbing and Electrical Hampton Downs 500 this October or
the Highland Park 501 in November. To enter the draw, register your details on the
competition page hosted at radiosport.co.nz, be randomly selected by D’Arcy and Goran
during the promotional period and called up to win a double to either the Hampton
Downs or Highlands event. On the final day of the promotional period, D’Arcy & Goran
will draw two lucky winners, one winner from the North Island and one winner from the
South Island, awarding them with the major prize.
The competition opens at 6am on 29th September 2017 and The Hampton Downs
competition closes closes at 6am 13th October 2017 and the Highlands Park prize draw
closes at 6am 20th October 2017. (The “Promotion Period”). NZME can change the
Promotional Period at any time.
Mechanics:
? Submit your entry at RadioSport.co.nz
? Radio Sport will take a caller on-air each day from the entries to win a double pass to
either the Hampton Downs or the Highland Park event.
? The Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected by the Promoter at the end of the
Promotional Period and will be notified by an on-air call.
The Grand Prize
A VIP experience to either the Highlands Park 501 or the Hampton Downs 500. (Includes
a four berth camper van supplied to either location North Island or South Island for
winners, onsite stay at either location in the campervan, 2 Days VIP suite, meet the
drivers in the GT series and hotlaps on Friday in either the Hampton Downs Lamborghini
or the Highlands Ferrari). (“Grand Prize”).
Specific rules
? Upon selecting a winning entrant, the Promoter will attempt to call the winning entrant a
minimum of three times before the entrant forfeits the prize and the Promoter will select
a new winner to award the Prize.
? All entrants (And if they win their selected travelling companion) must be 18+ years of
age to be eligible to win.
? The Promoter reserves the right to add and change the mechanics or the number of
entries in the draw at any time.
? All Promoter decisions regarding the promotion, including answers to the trivia
questions, are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
? The Winner and travelling companion must be available to travel during the month of
October for Hampton Downs 500 and the month of November for the Highlands 501. If
they cannot travel on these dates, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter may select a
new winner.
? The Winner and their companion will be responsible for any expenses in excess of the
prize, expenses such as spending money, meals, drinks, laundry charges, activities,
incidentals, taxes (Camper van and associated taxes included within the Travel Prize),
gratitude, service charges, driver’s licences, passports, visas, travel insurance and all
other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Grand Prize.
? As noted in the General Terms to this Promotion, the winner and travelling companion
are responsible for ensuring the correct documentation for entry into either the Hampton
Downs 500 or the Highlands Park 501 and must obtain travel insurance to protect
themselves against additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
? The Winner and travelling companion will at times act responsibly so as to not to harm
the reputation of the Promoter while taking up the Grand Prize. This includes observing
standards of social responsibly while consuming alcohol.
