Win the Amarok V6 TV NZ

1. What’s the prize?The prize consists of 1 x Volkswagen Amarok V6 TD, valued at MRP $81,720 including on road costs. MRP includes additional vehicle accessories, side steps, sports bar, towbar, tub liner, and rubber mats. Please see here for Volkswagen (the Company) Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry period.
Monday 14th June 2021 at 1900 to Sunday 20 June 2021 at 1900. Only valid entries received during this time will be accepted.
3. Conditions of entry.
To enter the competition, you must do (or be) all of the following:
Enter via the post on Seven Sharp Facebook page or via Seven Sharp OnDemand page
Be a New Zealand resident.
Be 25 years or older.
Have a current valid driver’s license to show when picking up the vehicle.
Be able to register the Amarok in his/her name or able to assign to another person with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. Please see further details about this in Volkswagen’s Terms and Conditions here.
Please note you may only enter once during the entry period.
4. Choosing the winner.
The winner will be surprised by Seven Sharp on Wednesday 23rd June 2021, which will be filmed. This filming will be broadcast on Seven Sharp on Friday 25th June 2021.
The winner must provide the Company with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Company before the car is awarded. Please see further details under ‘Special Conditions’.
5. Delivery of the Prize
TVNZ is running this competition for Volkswagen (the Company). The Company will provide the prize directly to the winner. TVNZ will not be responsible for any failure of the Company to deliver the prize.
6. Special conditions.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be used in combination with any other prize competitions, promotions, or discounts.
The Amarok that you see on Seven Sharp may not be the exact prize awarded to the lucky winner, this is being used for promotional uses.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined at the Company’s sole discretion.
Delivery or collection of a vehicle is subject to availability of the vehicle. If a vehicle is collected, the winner is responsible for all costs incurred by them to travel to and from the nearest dealership to collect the vehicle.
To be eligible to claim an Amarok vehicle prize, the winner must be capable of obtaining motor vehicle registration of the Volkswagen vehicle in his or her name in accordance with applicable New Zealand legislation.
STANDARD TERMS FOR ENTRANTS
7. The competition details above and these competition rules form the terms and conditions for the competition (the Rules).
8. By entering the competition, you agree to the Rules. If you don’t agree to them, please don’t enter. Simple.
9. Until a prize is awarded, TVNZ can cancel or change the competition or any of the Rules at any time for any reason. Changes will take effect when they are posted in the Rules.
10. TVNZ has the final say on the competition and the Rules.
11. We need to make sure our competitions are all above board, so unfortunately, you’re not allowed to enter if you’re connected to TVNZ or the competition. This applies to employees of TVNZ, the programme producer, any company involved in the competition and TVNZ’s advertising agencies and web companies. It also applies to these people’s immediate families and flatmates. If the competition is being run through Facebook, Facebook employees can’t enter either.
12. Unless we’ve stated otherwise, only one competition entry per person please.
13. We can disqualify you if we think that you have breached any of the Rules. But we’re nice, so we’ll be fair about it.
14. You agree that we can publish your name and home city in connection with the competition.
15. By agreeing in the tick box on the landing page to hear from European Motors Limited, you consent to receive commercial electronic messages marketing and promoting the Company’s goods and services. You also consent to receiving any electronic messages containing updated information in relation to European Motors Limited news and various other information of related interest. You may unsubscribe at any time to receiving such messages by following the unsubscribe process specified in any such electronic message that you receive. TVNZ will not be responsible for any of these messages or unsubscribing you from these messages, this will be the sole responsibility of European Motors Limited.
16. We won’t be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you or anyone else in connection with the competition or your use of the prize (if you win). If the competition is being run through Facebook, you agree that they won’t have any responsibility either.
17. Sometimes things don’t go as planned. If our competition is derailed for any reason, like infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or zombie apocalypse, we’ll have the right to cancel, postpone or change the competition.
18. TVNZ respects privacy rights under the Privacy Act 1993. That means there are a bunch of rules that we stick to, particularly around collecting your personal information. You can read more about this in our Privacy Policy. As we are running this competition in conjunction with the Company, their Privacy Policy also applies and by opting in, you also agree to its terms.
19. These Rules and the competition will be run under NZ law.
STANDARD TERMS FOR WINNERS
20. Unfortunately, prizes can’t be traded in for cash. Unless of course they’re cash prizes. Then you’ll get cash.
21. Prizes are personal to the winners and can’t be transferred to someone else unless we agree. If you can’t accept the prize for any reason, we can award the prize to another winner.
22. If you’re disqualified for any breach of these Rules (e.g. we find out you don’t match the eligibility criteria), we’ll choose another winner.
23. You must comply with the Volkswagen Amarok Giveaway Terms and Conditions.
24. It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes we need to change a prize. If we do this, we’ll swap it out for something which is worth the same (or even more!).
25. If we ask, you agree to appear in a promo (for free) for TVNZ or the competition promoter.
26. Sometimes there can be tax implications with winning a prize. We wouldn’t want there to be any surprises for you, so suggest you talk to someone about this before you accept the prize.
