Featuring over 90 recipes, over 100 great food anecdotes from the people of the city, and stunning food photography, the book gives a guide to the city’s culinary treasures.
Created by Dunedin residents, publisher Christian Kasper and photographer Kelly Lindsay, the pair spent 8 months traveling around Dunedin from North East Valley to Outram, Roslyn to Mornington, St. Clair to Waverly collecting recipes, stories and inspiration from some of the city’s best chefs and restaurateurs along the way.
