PROMOTION SUMMARY – Tuffy 4’s Challenge
NZME (“The ACC team”), has teamed up with Tuffy (“the promoters”) to give you the chance to Win
one of three Twin Grill BBQ.
1. The Promotion starts at 6:00am on Thursday the 3rd of January 20th, 2019 and ends at 8:00pm
on Wednesday the 20th of February, 2019 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
2. Simply guess if one of the members from the ACC can get wood on leather on one of the four
ACC Tuffy 4 Challenge Facebook post.
PRIZE:
1. Win one of three Zieglar and Brown Twin Grill BBQ.
Winning the Major Prize:
1. The Promoter (Radio Hauraki/ The ACC), will randomly select one registrant from each of the
Facebook posts at the conclusion of the cricket season.
2. The Promoter determination of the Major Prize Winner(s) is final and no correspondence will
be entered into.
3. The Major Prize winner will be notified by direct message via Facebook on Wednesday the
27th of February,2019.
4. If the Major Prize winner cannot be reached after two attempts then the prize will be
forfeited and another Major Prize winner will be selected.
5. The Major Prize consists of Zielgar and Brown Twin Grill BBQ.
6. Tuffy is responsible for distributing the final prize.
7. The Major Prize winner will be responsible for all other expenses not covered in the major
prize.
8. The Major Prize is not transferable or negotiable and may only be claimed by the Major Prize
Winner.
9. The ACC and Tuffy will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Promotion
including, without limitation, any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss), for any reason of the Major Prize winner and the
quality of goods or services supplied by any third party, except for any liability that cannot be
excluded by law.
Other
1. These terms and conditions may be amended and the Promotion terminated at any time by
the Promoter.
2. The ACC decisions on all entry and promotion matters are final and no correspondence will
be entered into.
3. Participants grant The ACC permission to use their name, photograph, voice and film
recordings in which they appear, in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion
and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
This includes the right to use on the Promoter’s websites, Facebook pages, on air and other
publications of the Promoter.
4. The Promoter will collect and use, for the purpose of the promotion, your personal
information. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal
information (where such information is readily retrievable by contacting The ACC).
5. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
