All entries must be received by the time stated on each individual post (by 3pm on the Monday following each competition post on Friday).
To enter, entrants must comment on the giveaway Facebook post.
By entering this competition each entrant confirms that his/her entry is his or her own.
The following people are excluded from entering: (a) All Kiwicare employees, all employees of participating promoters and/or advertising agencies and their immediate families. (b) All people under the age of 16.
Entrants may only submit 1 (one) comment/entry. Duplicate entries will be removed.
Two winners will be randomly drawn by Kiwicare.
Each prize pack is specified above.
All prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Kiwicare reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The winners will be announced and notified the week following the closure of the competition. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of Kiwicare sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Kiwicare reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. Kiwicare’s decision is final.
