Lachlan's Support a Creator Competition (Giveaway) Terms and Conditions
By entering into the Giveaway, you accept the following terms and conditions:
1. OPERATOR. Lachlan Media Pty Ltd (Lachlan Media) is the entity which is operating this Giveaway. Lachlan Media can be contacted by email at lachlan.business@gmail.com.
2. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS. To be eligible to enter this Giveaway, you must be 13 years or older. If you are under the age of 18, you agree that you have obtained the consent of your parent or guardian to enter into this Giveaway. You acknowledge that this Giveaway is only open to entrants who reside in a country, state, province or territory in which the terms and conditions of this Giveaway are fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations of that place.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD. The Giveaway will start on Tuesday, 23 October 2018 00:01 (AEST) and end on Monday, 29 October 2018 23:59 (AEST), or any other such time (which may be extended in the Operator’s absolute discretion) specified on the Gleam platform (Giveaway Period). To enter the prize draw, you must enter the Giveaway prior to the conclusion of the Giveaway Period. Late entries will not be accepted.
4. PRIZES. There will one (1) major prize winner and twenty nine (29) minor prize winners. The major prize winner will receive: a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 512gb (valued at approximately US$1,000); and an opportunity to join a Fortnite duos lobby with “LachyDachy” (subject to availability). The major prize winner and minor prize winners shall each receive either (at the winner's election): (a) a Nintendo Switch console (valued at approximately US$300); (b) a PlayStation console 500gb (valued at approximately US$500); OR (c) an Xbox console 1tb (valued at approximately US$400). The total cumulative retail value of this prize pool is approximately US$15,000.00. Only one prize will be awarded per person.
5. HOW TO ENTER. To enter this Giveaway, you must, within the Giveaway Period, first click the Gleam link provided via https://gleam.io/uZfp2/lachlans-support-a-creator-giveaway (Gleam Landing Page) and then complete the actions set out on the Gleam Landing Page (Actions), including but not limited to subscribing to the YouTube channel, ‘Lachlan’ (https://www.youtube.com/lachlan) and providing your full name, email address and date of birth (to verify your age). To gain further entries, you may also complete further Actions set out on the Gleam Landing Page. There are eleven (11) Actions in total. Each Action gives you the number of entries set out in the corresponding icon to the right of each Action description on the Gleam Landing Page. You will only be eligible to receive a maximum of twenty five (25) entries per person. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than this stated number of entries by any methods including, without limitation, script, macro or any automated or other means which subverts the entry process, will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified.
6. PRIZE DRAW & DELIVERY OF PRIZES. The winners of the Giveaway prizes will be drawn at random by Gleam, within 48 hours of the conclusion of the Giveaway Period. Lachlan Media reserves the right to utilise Gleam to redraw any prize where a prize is awarded to a person who has already been awarded a prize under this Giveaway. The results of the Giveaway may not be publically published. Lachlan Media will contact each winner within 48 hours of the draw being conducted to: (a) confirm their prize of choice; (b) if the winner is under 18, collect acceptable evidence of parental consent to their entrance into the Giveaway; and (c) provide adequate personal details to allow the prize to be shipped to the winner. Each winner will then have 48 hours to respond to Lachlan Media and provide the requested information. If an inadequate response or no response is received, or the winner is uncontactable, the prize may be revoked or redrawn (at Lachlan Media’s sole discretion). Prizes are not able to be substituted, transferred or assigned, and are not redeemable for cash. Lachlan Media reserves the right to substitute prizes with other prizes of a comparable or greater value, at Lachlan Media’s sole discretion.
7. EXCLUSIONS. Lachlan Media is not responsible for any incomplete, inaccurate or improperly made entries to the Giveaway, or any failure by Gleam to properly record information. Lachlan Media reserves the right to disqualify any and all entries which it considers (in its sole discretion) have been made by fraudulent means.
