How can one enter the competition?To enter, participants must make a Qualifying Purchase of any QV product at Chemist Warehouse, either in-store or online, during the Promotion Period. They must provide the purchase receipt number and submit their entry through the online entry form available on the Promoter's website chemistwarehouse.co.nz/competitions/QV. Each transaction grants one entry, and multiple entries are allowed with separate purchases.
What are the prizes?There are ten (10) prizes available, each consisting of a Hommey Luxury Bathrobe valued at NZD $168. Winners will receive their bathrobe couriered to them within ten working days after providing a delivery address. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The color of the bathrobe will be subject to availability.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool consists of ten bathrobes, each valued at NZD $168, which amounts to NZD $1,680 in total.
How will the winners be selected?Ten winners will be selected using automated competition drawing software by 31st March 2025. The first ten eligible entries drawn will win a prize. Winners will be notified via SMS or email by 31st March 2025.
What happens if a winner cannot be contacted?If a winner cannot be contacted or does not confirm receipt of the prize within five days, their entry will be deemed invalid, and the prize may be awarded to a re-drawn entrant.
Are there any privacy considerations?Entrants' personal information will be collected for eligibility verification, notifying winners, and future promotional purposes in accordance with the Privacy Act. Entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information held by the Promoter.
Can the Promoter discontinue the competition?Yes, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason without providing compensation or notice to entrants.
Is the Promoter liable for any issues with entries?The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, nor for any technical problems that may occur during the Promotion.
What happens if a prize item is unavailable?If a prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a different prize of equal or greater value.
