Terms and conditions
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Generic Toe Rag Productions can be found here. To qualify for the competition, the winner must reside in New Zealand or at least be in New Zealand at the time of the draw.
2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents.
3. The winner will be notified by telephone or in writing by email within two (2) business days of the draw, and their name will be published online at bbqgrills.co.nz and social media channels.
4. if for any reason the winner does not take the prize within 14 days, then the prize will be forfeited.
5. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable. The prize is not redeemable for cash and non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for any other bike or product following reception.
6. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers.
7. The prize shipping cost is included for North and South island region but does not apply to offshore islands, eg: Waiheke Island.
8. Competition opens Monday 21 August and closes Friday 1 September 2017.
9. The bike is presented to the winner at either the site of Electric Bikes NZ in Albany, Auckland, or any Smartmotion reseller in New Zealand by arrangement.
10.The winner may select the colour and size of the bike from all options presently available.
11. All taxes, insurances, maintenance costs and other expenses relating to the bike are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
12. Electric Bikes New Zealand, TVNZ, Smartmotion, Stripe Media, Smartmotion resellers and all other parties and individuals relating to the competition other than the prize winner are not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, or expenses incurred by the bike, use of the bike or the actions of the winner or individuals using the bike.
13. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to use the bike according to New Zealand transport regulations and to ride responsibly.
14. The winner shall not make defamatory comments addressed to the public about Smartmotion, Electric Bikes New Zealand or any of the parties involved.
