- By entering this competition you accept these terms and conditions and agree to follow the instructions on how to enter (if there is any inconsistency between the information on how to enter and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions prevail). References to “terms and conditions” mean these terms and conditions and the privacy policy below, and references to “SKY” means Sky Network Television Limited.
- Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand. However film festival is based in Auckland and Wellington and Transport is not included, you must find your own way there. SKY employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter or win.
- All entries become the property of SKY, SKY are not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, incorrect or misdirected entries.
- The competition closes 20th July 2017.
- There are 2 film festival tickets to be won per festival (Auckland & Wellington)
- Each prize consists of 2x tickets to Top of The Lake: China Girl premiere screening at the New Zealand International Film festival. One prize will be drawn for entrants who nominated Auckland as preferred location and one prize for Wellington location.
- The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- SKY’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner acknowledges that, to the extent permitted by law and SKY accept no responsibility or liability (including in negligence) to any person for any harm, damage, illness, injury, cost, loss, damage, expense or claim which may occur as a result of the winner winning or using the prize. The winner accepts and uses the prize at his or her own risk and agrees to indemnify SKY against all costs, losses, damages, expenses and liabilities (including for loss of reputation and goodwill) and any claim arising from their own actions in any way in connection with the prize.
- If the prize winner is under the age of 18 the prize will be awarded to the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian, who must be present at the time of accepting the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner’s parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms and conditions.
- SKY reserve the right (in their absolute discretion) to extend, postpone, or cancel the competition and to update these terms and conditions on sky.co.nz without notice.
- The prize winner may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize. SKY reserve the right to request the prize winners to provide proof of identity at the nominated prize collection address. To accept the prize the winner must agree to relevant third party terms and conditions relating to the prize.
