WIN: The Ultimate Day Out With Sportscraft
Viva (which is brought to you by NZME Publishing Ltd) has partnered with APG&Co Pty
Limited (SPORTSCRAFT) ABN 36 155 404 826, 11 Bowden Street, Alexandria, NSW 2015
Australia, (together, ‘The Promoters’) to give away the “Ultimate Day Out With
Sportscraft”.
Entry is only open to New Zealand residents 18 years and older. Employees of the
Promoters and agencies associated with the Promotion and the immediate families of
those employees are ineligible for entry.
The Promoters may in their absolute discretion require that the individual provide
photographic identification or some other acceptable form identification or proof of age
before awarding the prize
The promotion commences on Tuesday 8th May 2018 and closes Sunday 27th May 2018.
Each entrant agrees that, if he or she wins a prize, The Promoters may use his or her
details (including name, suburb/town, and photo) for publicity, including by publishing
their details in Viva (print and/or online) and for other publicity purposes by Sportscraft.
How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, all participants must complete the online entry form on the Viva
win page http://www.viva.co.nz/promotion/win-an-ultimate-day-out-with-sportscraft/
and be subscribed to both Viva and the Sportscraft emails and accept to receive
marketing correspondence. The form must be completed in full to be considered a valid
entry.
Only one entry per entrant permitted.
All entries become the property of the promoter, and will not be acknowledged. Any
attempt by an entrant to obtain additional entries by using other e-mail addresses,
registrations or logins will void such entries and the entrant may be disqualified from the
promotion.
Prize details:
There will be six (6) prizes in total.
The first prize winner will receive:
- Two (2) x SPORTSCRAFT gift card valued at $500 NZD each
- One (1) x Sails Restaurant voucher (103-113 Westhaven Dr, Westhaven
Marina, Auckland) with a value of $300NZD
- One (1) x personalised styling session at the SPORTSCRAFT store located at
Westfield Albany (219 Don McKinnon Drive Albany AUCKLAND 0632), to be
claimed on Saturday 9th June 2018.
The Winner of the first prize will be responsible for any expenses not expressly included in
the Prize, including, transport to and from their place of residence to The Sails Restaurant
and Sportscraft store in Auckland.
Runner up prize winners:
There will be five (5) runner-up prize winners. Each of the five runner-up prize winners
will receive a SPORTSCRAFT gift card to the value of $200 NZD.
The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash and no exchange
communications will be entered into. The winner will be contacted using the winner’s
details included in their SPORTSCRAFT VIP Membership at the time of joining. The
promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect details included in the winner’s contact
information.
The Competition is a Game of Chance. Skill plays no part in determining the Winner.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever, a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter
reserves the right substitute the prize to another prize of the same or equal value.
Voucher Expiry/ Prize Dates:
- The Sails restaurant voucher will expire on 17th April 2019
- The Sportscraft vouchers will expire 1 year from issue date (when the winners
are announced).
- The styling session is booked for Saturday 9th of June 2018.
Winning the Prize:
The draw will take place at the Promoters premises on Monday the 28th of May 2018.
The winners will be notified by email by Friday the 1st of June 2018 and will be
announced in Viva. If the Prize is not claimed within 3 days from the draw date the Prize
is forfeit and the promoters may re-draw a new winner.
Bookings using the Prize package will be arranged directly between the Winner and the
service providers and are subject to the service provider’s own terms and conditions.
Once bookings are made, no changes are permitted.
The Promoters reserve the right to vary the terms, and to modify, terminate or
reschedule the Promotion, and to substitute any of the prizes for a similar prize of the
same value.
The Promoters are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including and without
limitation any indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with
the Competition and prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act
1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Promotion is subject to these Specific terms and conditions, the General terms and
conditions below, all terms and conditions on all tickets and those of service providers
and venues.
