TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CHICKEN COOP SUBSCRIPTION PRIZE
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Lifestyle Magazine Group Limited (LMG) through its website, www.thisnzlife.co.nz, NZ Lifestyle Block magazine and associated social media channels. (the “Promoter”). The promotional partner is Appletons Animal Housing & Poultry Supplies (Appletons).
3. Eligibility: employees and immediate families of LMG, associated promotional partners and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
4. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might result on the entry being invalid.
5. Only subscriptions received by the closing date specified in the advertisement will be accepted. No responsibility will be taken for late/lost/misdirected mail, incomplete subscription orders or subscriptions sent with incorrect postage. Subscriptions will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated, or tampered with in any way.
6. All current subscribers on 27 January 2019 will be included in the prize draw.
7. Dates: the competition closes on 27 January 2019 at 11.59pm. The prize draw will take place on 31 January 2019.

9. Winner notification: The winner will be notified using details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted within two (2) working days LMG reserves the option that the winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn. The winner must agree to collect the prize from the nearest Mainfreight office in accepting the prize.
10. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Not redeemable: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
12. Information: By accepting the prize, winners agree to provide a colour photo suitable for publication and written feedback on their new chicken coop. They agree to their names being published. They also agree to be photographed and/or interviewed by the Promoter and that the Promoter or Appletons may use their names and photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes, including on their website or in advertising.
13. Competition entries become the property of LMG, which will keep the personal information it holds about entrants confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except to provide the prize to the winner.
14. Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information provided by them pursuant to paragraph 13.
15. No Liability: the Promoter, Appletons and associated agencies or companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
16. The prize is subject to standard terms and conditions of the company supplying the prizes.
17. LMG is not liable for damage to prizes incurred during the delivery process.
