Win an experience for two at Silky Otter Cinemas

1. There are two (2) prizes to be won. Each winner will receive a Downton Abby 2: A New Era Silky Otter Cinemas experience for two.
2. The prize includes a double movie pass to a Downton Abby 2: A New Era session of the winner’s choice at a Silky Otter Cinema with finger food and beverages to a maximum of NZD$100.00. Catering will be arranged by a representative of Universal Pictures International NZ (UPNZ).
3. The screening will take place on one day in May 2022. Subject to availability of seats at a Silky Otter Cinemas location (Orakei Auckland and Wigram Christchurch) or nearest available cinema to the winner’s hometown. While all efforts are made to accommodate the winner’s first preference for a screening day and time, UPNZ has the right to make the final decision (and if an agreed screening day and time cannot be reached, the prize will be exchanged for a double movie pass and the catering will be forfeited).
4. The winner and their guest are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the cinema to attend the screening on the day determined.
5. All additional costs that are not explicitly included in this prize description are the sole responsibility of the competition winner, for example, but not limited to – transport/accommodation/food and beverage costs.
6. The winner must provide all dietary requirements five days prior to screening.
7. The winner understands that the private screening is not a pre-release screening.
8. Prize is subject to availability. An alternative prize of equal value will be offered to the winner if Downton Abbey: A New Era is not available in the winner’s hometown during the screening period offered.
9. Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. ‘UPNZ’ means Universal Pictures International NZ Limited and all companies in the Universal Pictures Group and all brands and operating companies controlled by or associated with those entities.

4. UPNZ employees, flatmates and immediate family are not eligible to enter.
5. Immediate Families’ include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.
6. To the fullest extent permitted by law UPNZ will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry or winning the prize.
7. Where the Prize is to be supplied by an entity outside UPNZ control and that entity fails, for whatever reason, to supply the prize, Universal Pictures has no responsibility for the provision of the Prize and is not obliged to provide an alternative Prize or to take legal action to require the Prize supplier to provide the Prize.

8. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
