Tourism and Events Queensland and House of Travel is offering you the opportunity to win a $3,000
gift card issued by House of Travel and can be used to purchase Queensland travel at any House of
Travel outlet in New Zealand. To enter the draw, watch Lorna’s daily video and answer the daily
question on the Coast Website. All correct answers will be put in the draw for a chance to win.
The competition opens at 6am on 14 May 2018 and closes at 10am 1 June 2018 (The “Promotion
Period”). NZME can change the Promotional Period at any time.
Mechanics:
? The Coast website will host a win page taking entries to answer Lorna’s daily question.
? The Prize winner will be randomly selected by the Promoter at the end of the Promotional
Period and will be notified by an on-air call.
The Prize
? NZD $3,000 gift card issued by House of Travel and can be used to purchase Queensland
travel at any House of Travel Outlet in New Zealand. (“The Prize”).
Specific rules
? Upon selecting a winning entrant, the Promoter will attempt to call the winning entrant a
minimum of three times before the entrant forfeits the prize and the Promoter will select a
new winner to award The Prize.
? All entrants must be 18+ years of age to be eligible to win.
? The Promoter reserves the right to add and change the mechanics or the number of entries in
the draw at any time.
? All Promoter decisions regarding the promotion, including answers to the trivia questions, are
final and no correspondence will be entered into.
? The Prize is to the maximum value of NZD $3,000. The Winner will be responsible for any
expenses in excess of this value.
? House of Travel gift cards cannot be redeemed online
? Any taxes, government levies, security, insurance charges and all other expenses (including
meals, hotel service charges and airport connections) incurred in the course of any travel or
accommodation covered by the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
? The gift card may not be refunded or redeemed for cash.
? Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
? House of Travel may place a stop on the use of a gift card if a gift card is reported as being lost
or stolen or House of Travel believe it is being used contrary to these terms and conditions.
