STANDARD PROMOTION OR COMPETITION RULES
1. Promotion Summary
1.1 Campaign commences Monday 26th February 2018 to Friday 16th March 2018
1.2 Winner will be announced during the Coast Drive show with Jason Tikao on Monday 19th March.
2. Entry mechanic:
2.2 Watch The Chase on TVNZ 1, weekdays at 4.55pm and listen to Coast the next day to answer a question from that episode*. Call Coast, answer it correctly and get in the draw.

3. Prize inclusions & conditions:
3.3 Return economy flights for two (2) to from Auckland to London, flying Singapore Airlines, six (6) nights accommodation in London and tickets for two (2) people to be in the audience of a viewing of The Celebrity Chase on either 23 or 24th April.
3.4 Winners must be able to fly to Auckland (at their own expense) to depart AKL on Saturday 21st April (arriving London LHR on Sunday 22nd April) and departing LHR on Saturday 28th April (arriving AKL on Monday 30th April).
3.5 Accommodation will be 4-star and cannot be extended.
3.6 The winner and accompanying friend must be aged 18 or above to attend the filming for The Celebrity Chase.
3.7 NZME and TVNZ cannot guarantee you will meet The Chaser / Bradley in person, nor where the seats will be.
3.8 Winner must arrive by scheduled time, otherwise ITV reserve the right to refuse entry.
3.9 Follow all rules laid out by ITV (producer of The Celebrity Chase), otherwise ITV reserve the right to remove the winner(s)
4. Winner responsibilities
The Winner and the Winner’s chosen travelling companions (‘Companions’) are responsible for and must cover the cost of:
(a) visas, passports and any other travel documentation required;
(b) transport and associated costs from their residence to Auckland Airport for flight departure and from Auckland Airport to their residence upon returning to New Zealand;
(c) all other expenses related to the Prize, including without limitation taxes, full travel insurance, transfers, spending money, food and beverage and any other incidental costs; and
(d) Any changes to travel dates or additional accommodation outside the travel period specified in the Prize details.
Travel for the Prize must depart and return as per the dates specified above in 3.3
The Winner and each Companion must travel together at all times within the travel period. The dates for travel are subject to availability of both the flights and accommodation.
5. Specific Flight Rules
5.1. The Winner and Companions must hold full international travel insurance for the duration of the trip prior to departure from New Zealand.
5.2. If the Winner or Companion has a criminal record and is denied entry into Singapore or the specified destination or encounters any visa issues on route, Singapore Airlines and NZME cannot be held responsible or liable in any way.
5.3. The provision of air tickets from Singapore Airlines is subject to the following conditions:
(a) the issuance of tickets is subject to seat availability;
(b) excess baggage waiver will not be granted;
(c) Economy Class tickets are not upgradable to Premium Economy or Business Class unless the winner wishes to do so at their own expense;
(d) the tickets will only be issued if all sectors are confirmed;
(e) once the airline tickets are issued to the Winner and Companions, requests for changes of passengers’ names and travelling sectors made 35 days or less before the date of travel will be subjected to Singapore Airlines approval. For any changes to tickets after issuance a charge of NZD75.00 per change will be levied;
(f) no portion of travel not utilised may be carried forward beyond the validity dates contained on the ticket without the specific, written approval of Singapore Airlines. Notwithstanding any validity date on the ticket, all travel on tickets issued must be utilised in full by 6 months of first departure date; and
(g) travel will only be available on Singapore Airlines’ operated services.
5.5. Frequent Flyer mileage cannot be accrued on any of the free or concession travel undertaken for this Prize.
5.6. Charges for excess baggage shall apply where a passenger seeks to carry more than their entitlement of luggage. In such cases, Singapore Airlines is not liable for the charges.
5.7. Tickets will be valid for the period specified on the ticket. Unused travel at the expiry of the validity period cannot be refunded or re-utilised. Once a journey commences (i.e. the point at which the first flight coupon is redeemed for travel), the utilisation of the commitment for free tickets is deemed to have been made against the provision stated above.
5.8. Tickets are not transferable and must be issued only in the correct name of the person travelling.
5.9. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Prize must be taken as stated in these terms and conditions and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Winner is, for whatever reason, unable to travel on a nominated date during this period, whether the failure was due to reasons beyond the Winner's control or otherwise, then the Winner will forfeit the Prize.
6. General Conditions of Travel
6.1. The Prizewinner and his/her Companion are expected to observe the following conditions as part of the utilization of travel:
(a) Be neatly and appropriately attired when traveling.
(b) Not carry, on their person, in their luggage or carry-on baggage, any contraband or goods which are prohibited by the laws of Singapore or the country of their final destination, or goods which are unsuitable for carriage on a commercial aircraft.
(c) Observe all directions of Singapore Airlines ground staff and air crew at all times.
(d) Comply with the requirements of immigration and customs authorities in each country.
(e) Take responsibility to pay any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities (including any costs with delay)
(f) Comply with the laws of the jurisdiction they are visiting.
(g) Hold valid passports with a minimum of 6 months validity at time of travel. The Prizewinner and their Companion must organise their own visas and requisite travel documentation (such as relevant valid international drivers’ licenses) for trips and any visa or passport charges are their sole responsibility. The Prizewinner must obtain and hold travel insurance for the entire duration of their travel. The Prizewinner must not do anything to void their travel insurance.
(h) The Prizewinner must at all times act in good faith and must not act in any way that would bring the Promoter into disrepute.
(i) The Promoter reserves the right to change and vary the Prize at any time and may substitute any Prize for an alternative Prize of similar value without any prior notice. The value of the Prize will be solely determined by the Promoter.
(j) The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the Prizewinner and/or their Companion being unable to participate in the travel Prize due to visa or other restrictions. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such travel documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller/s. At all times, it will be the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that his/her passport is in order and that he/she has the necessary visa clearances to enter the country of destination and, if required, any transit point.
