The prize is valid for two adults and includes:
1) Five nights stay at Club Med Bali in a Superior Room (twin-share). Included are all meals, open bar (excluding champagne and premium branded spirits and specialty wine), all snacking, sporting activities with tuition, nightly entertainment and transfers to and from the resort.
2) Return non-stop flights in economy class (The Works) to Bali ex Auckland, flying Air New Zealand.
Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is the Sunday Star-Times of 2 Hereford Street, Auckland ("The Promoter").
3. Contest Period: The Entry Period for the "Win a trip to Bali"promotion (the Contest) begins on Sunday, May 11, 2014 and ends on Sunday, June 8, 2014 (the Entry Period).
4. How to enter: To enter the "Win a trip to Bali"promotion, entrants must apply online at www.sundaystartimes.co.nz/win by completing the entry form ("Entry").
5. Eligibility: The Contest is open only to legal residents of New Zealand who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry and those who are able to use the prize as stated in clause 15 (Eligible Entrants). Employees and immediate families of the Promoter,
Club Med, Air New Zealand and agencies associated with the Contest are not eligible
to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
6. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will be
rejected.
7. The Promoter has the sole discretion to determine whether or not an Entry qualifies.
8. By submitting an Entry, the Eligible Entrant agrees to participate in any publicity
surrounding the "Win a trip to Bali" promotion including having his/her image
photographed and used for publicity purposes.

9. The draw to determine the winner will be conducted by the Promoter and will take
place no later than 5pm (NZST) Tuesday, June 10, 2014.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Winner will be contacted by email and/or phone on the
contact details provided on the Winner's Entry. The Winner will be notified within
seven days following the draw. If after seven days the winner cannot be contacted the
prize will be redrawn.
11. The prize is valid for two adults and includes: 1) Five nights stay at Club Med Bali in a
Superior Room (twin-share). Included are all meals, open bar (excluding champagne
and premium branded spirits and specialty wine), all snacking, sporting activities with
tuition, nightly entertainment and transfers to and from the resort; and 2) Return non-stop flights in economy class (The Works) to Bali ex Auckland, flying Air New Zealand.
12. The prize is valid for travel until October 12, 2014 and excludes travel in high and
peak periods. Black out periods apply, including school holidays. All components of
the prize must be redeemed together. The prize must be used as stated, otherwise
it will be forfeited. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers will not be extended past the expiry date.
13. Bookings must be requested at least seven days before departure and once booking
is confirmed, no changes are permitted. All bookings are subject to availability and
at the discretion of prize suppliers, Club Med and Air New Zealand. Any additional
bookings that are confirmed will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of
Club Med and Air New Zealand.
14. Travel is on Air new Zealand operated services only, seats are limited and subject to
availability. All prize travel is subject to Air New Zealand's Conditions of Carriage - to
view visit http://www.airnewzealand.co.nz/conditions_of_carriage_info.htm. Prize
travel is not eligible to accrue Airpoints Dollars, Status Points, frequent flyer points,
upgrades, companion redemption or credit of tier status under the carrier's loyalty
programme. Other conditions may apply and will be advised at the time of booking.

15. Additional costs including and not limited to travel insurance, food (not include in the
prize package), spending money, departure taxes (if any) and other incidentals , or any
other costs of a personal nature not specifically stated are the responsibility of the
winner.
16. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion,
reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the
equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory
authority.
17. The results of the draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Terms and conditions of suppliers of the prize apply.
19. Promoter's failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not
constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of
running as planned for any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which
corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of
the Contest, then the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to postpone,
modify, reschedule or cancel the Contest and determine the Finalists from among
all Eligible Entries received prior to cancellation, based on the same criteria listed
previously.
20. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these
terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or
delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any
applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.
21. The Promoter, Club Med, Air New Zealand and their related bodies corporate and
their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents ("Promotion Parties") will
not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out
of this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, including
but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including
negligence) and any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy ("Damages")
whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential Damages,
including Damages that cannot reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the
ordinary course of things, even if those Damages were in the contemplation of the
Promotion Parties.
22. The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided with each entry to
notify the Winners and to verify the eligibility and identity of the Winners. Pursuant
to the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal
information.
23. By entering this Promotion, entrants are agreeing to receive promotional and
marketing material from all Sunday Star-Times, Sunday News, Club Med and Air New
Zealand.
24. Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner
announcements and promotional material.
