When does the promotion close?Entries for the promotion open at 8:00 AM AEDT on Tuesday, 14th January 2025, and close at 11:59 PM AEDT on 9th February 2025.
How can one enter the promotion?To enter the promotion, participants must visit https://enter.nbl.com.au/tb_app/517423 during the promotional period and complete the entry form by providing the following details: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and optionally Phone Number, Postal Code, and NBL Club support. Each entrant can only enter the promotion once, and the use of automatic entry software is prohibited.
What are the prizes and their total value?The total retail value of the prize pool is NZD $6,380 (approximately AUD $5,800 based on a conversion rate of 1 AUD = 1.10 NZD). The sole winner will receive:
- Two (2) return economy class flights from the winner’s closest New Zealand city to the Australian city hosting one chosen NBL25 Finals Series game: NZD $2,400 (AUD $2,200)
- Three (3) nights’ accommodation in the Australian city where the chosen NBL25 Finals Series game will take place: NZD $880 (AUD $800)
- Two (2) VIP tickets to the chosen NBL25 Finals Series game: NZD $1,100 (AUD $1,000)
- Spending money: NZD $2,000 (AUD $1,800)
How will the winner be drawn and notified?The winner will be randomly selected in an online draw conducted via the Tradable Bits system at 10:00 AM AEDT on 10th February 2025. The winner will be notified in writing via the email provided during entry and their last name, initial, and postcode will be published on www.nbl.com.au/competitions for at least thirty (30) days.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?Winners must respond to the notification message within three (3) days to claim their prize. If unclaimed, a redraw will occur on 14th February 2025, and all non-winning entries will be included in this draw until a valid winning entry is obtained.
Are there any conditions on the prize?No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash. The NBL25 Finals Series game will be determined by the Promoter and is subject to change. Any additional expenses incurred are the responsibility of the winner.
Is there any liability associated with the promotion?The Promoter is not liable for any direct or consequential damages or injuries resulting from entering the promotion or using the prize. They also reserve the right to modify or cancel the promotion in case of unforeseen circumstances.
How is personal information handled?Personal information collected during the promotion will be used for conducting the promotion and may be disclosed to third parties as necessary. Participants consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
