Terms & Conditions
• Two (2) Economy class return flights from Auckland, New Zealand to Rome, Italy;
• The prize is for 2 adults aged 18 or over. Prize winners under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21;
• Prize redemption and travel must occur between 1st May 2014 and 1st May 2015 (but travel is not permitted during the months of July or August 2014, or from 15 December 2014 to 10 January 2015 or from 1 – 19 April 2015;
• Prize winners must give 3-months notice of travel;
• Prize winner and guest must travel at the same time and depart on the same flight;
• Alchemy will endeavor to accommodate prize winner’s travel date preferences, however all travel is subject to availability;
• Fights are economy class flights and they may be indirect. No stopovers or extensions to trip are permitted;
• All prizes including flights are non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferable;
• Prize excludes travel between winner’s home and their departure airport;
• Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a double or twin room and room type is subject to availability;
• Specified accommodation, restaurants and tours are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependant on availability;
• Unless otherwise stated in the prize inclusions, accommodations do not include breakfast or any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses, which will be the responsibility of the winner;
• In rare event of very rough seas, trip to Capri will not run and an alternative tour of equal value will be offered in exchange;
• Trip to Blue Grotto, Capri will not run in rough seas and no alternative will be provided in the event this happens;
• Once signed Booking Forms are received, no changes are permitted;
• Travel Insurance is required by all prize-winners to cover them for all travel and experiences included in the prize;
• All prize-winners are required to possess a valid credit card which may be requested by the hotel at check in to pay for incidentals;
• If required, prize-winners must organize their own visas for this trip and any visa or passport charges are their responsibility. Alchemy cannot be held responsible for the prize-winner being unable to participate in the prize due to visa restrictions;
• Prize-winner and guest are responsible for any necessary vaccinations and must check with their GP before travelling that their vaccinations are up to date.
• The competition closes 9am on Wednesday 16th April 2014.
• Entry is limited to one per person.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
• All entries must correctly answer the ‘skill question’ to be considered.
• The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, misdirected, late, inaccurate entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting any entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• The Winner will be notified by phone and a secondary option via email.
• Should The Promoter not be able to make contact, a re-draw will be made after 1 week.
• Competition is open to New Zealand residents only, except associated employees, sponsors and their immediate families and agencies.
