The GRAND PRIZE is valid until 28 January 2020 and consists of the following elements:
HAWAIIAN AIRLINES: Two (2) return tickets on Hawaiian Airlines from Auckland to Honolulu, Oahu and onwards to your choice of one Hawaiian neighbour island of Maui, Kauai or Hawaii Island.
OUTRIGGER RESORTS / HAWAII TOURISM OCEANI 5 nights at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort
3 nights at an Outrigger Hotel on either Maui, Kauai or Hawai’i Island
Special Conditions: • Join Hawaiian Miles for free in Passport name on HawaiianAirlines.co.nz • Travel must be booked on Hawaiian Airlines operated flights only in G or K classes • Travel is in Economy Class, both people must travel together on one booking • No Travel permitted in high season – includes NZ school holidays dates & Easter • Tickets must be booked before 31 March 2019 • Travel must be commenced and completed by 30 November 2019 • Tickets cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash • Tickets are non-transferable • Once booked, if changes are made fees may apply
Prize winners will be picked at random.
The winners will be notified by email by Choice TV and HGTV.
Winners will be contacted by each of the partners to organise delivery of prizes within 10 days of notification.
Competition partners have the right to ask competition winners if they can use winners/photos with the prize for their brand promotion.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Entry is limited to one per person.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Offer is only open to residents of New Zealand, except employees and their immediate families of The Promoter and its agencies associated with the promotion (including Choice TV and HGTV)
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, misdirected, late, inaccurate entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting any entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
By entering the competition, all entrants agree their details may be passed on to the prize partners, and be contacted by Choice TV, HGTV and our partners.
The winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Choice TV and HGTV and its partners in respect of any claim for accident, injury, property damage or loss of life in connection with this prize.
The winner is responsible for all insurance, tax, or other costs that may be associated with the prize.
