The Humble Oatcake comes in four different sizes; 12 Round Oatcakes (200g), 24 Oval Oatcakes (180g), 48 Mini Oatcakes, twin pack (180g) and 24 Cranberry Oatcakes (180g). These are made with simple high quality ingredients and are wheat and dairy free. Ingredients include organic oats, bush honey, a local raw honey made by bees living in the native forests of the Coromandel Peninsula, organic NZ sea salt, organic sunflower oil, filtered water and organic cranberries in the cranberry oatcakes.
Traditionally eaten with cheese, Scottish oatcakes are very nutritious and can be spread with your favourite toppings in place of crackers or toast. Traditionally they have been enjoyed with marmalade, butter, honey, jam, cream cheese and salmon, mascarpone and fruit paste. A glass of port or whiskey is the perfect partner.
