Viva is delighted to have two tickets to give away to North to South at Sidart, a collaboration dinner between chef Sid Sahrawat and Giulio Sturla of acclaimed Lyttelton restaurant Roots, to celebrate the award-winning establishment’s eighth birthday.
The dinner, $180pp plus $90 for wine matching, will include six amuses and six courses (three from each), served alongside a glass of champagne. Each chef will forage for the menu’s ingredients on their home turf.
