All the following are required for a valid entry:
? Your online entry must be submitted during the Promotion Period
? You must be able to make your own way to and from Auckland Museum on the
evening of June 2nd
? You must provide us with your telephone number and email address for the purposes
of contacting you if you are a winner.
At the end of the promotion period, ten winners will be chosen from all valid entries
submitted during the Promotional Period. The Promoter will attempt to contact the Winner a
maximum of 2 times (for up to 5 days after the end of the Promotion Period) via email or
phone. The entry and Prize will be forfeited after two failed attempts to communicate with
the winner, after which the Promoter may select another winner for the Prize.
By opting to tick one (or more) of the future communication tick boxes on the entry form,
you confirm you have given permission for your personal information to be stored by your
selected choice/s and to receive future communications from your selected choice/s.
Selecting none or multiple will have no influence over the prize draw.
If you opt in to receive information and offers from Auckland Museum, NZME will pass this
data securely to Auckland Museum at the end of the promotional period.

The Prize
Hosted by Canvas editor Sarah Daniell, ten winners will score a double pass each, valued at
NZD$30 per person, to join her for a night at Auckland Museum on a private tour of their
newest exhibition ‘Ancient Greeks: Athletes, Warriors and Heroes’ before it opens to the
public. The event will be held on the evening of June 2nd 2022 with food and beverages
provided.
Other Terms
? The Prize cannot be exchanged and no exchange communications will be entered
into. The Prize is not transferable or negotiable and may only be claimed by the Prize
Winner.
? The Promoter will contact winners directly via the New Zealand based contact details
they have provided to the Promoter through their entry form.
? These terms and conditions may be amended and the Promotion of Prize changed or
terminated at any time by the Promoter.
? Attendance at Auckland Museum is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions
of the venue and any other third-party service providers responsible for the Prize. The
Winner agrees to comply with all terms and conditions and any reasonable
instructions given by such third parties.
? The Promoter’s decisions on all entry and promotion matters are final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
? The Promoter may disqualify at its discretion any entries that contain offensive or
inappropriate content, damage the reputation of the and any Prize awarded by the
Promoter will be forfeit.
? The Promoter will collect and use, for the purpose of the Promotion, your personal
information. Any personal information provided to the Promoter will be collected,

promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or
remuneration for such use. This includes the right to use on the Promoter’s websites,
