PROMOTION SUMMARY
NZME (“ZM”), are running this promotion (“Promotion”) where listeners of ZM Northland are given the chance to win various prizes as stated below
HOW TO ENTER
1. The Promotion starts at 6am on Friday 12th October 2018 and ends at 5pm on Monday 15th October 2018 (“Promotions Period”)
2. To enter the Promotion participants must:
a) Be 18 years of age or older
b) Be eligible under the Standard Promotion or Competition Rules below
3. Participants may only enter the promotion once during the Promotion Period. All duplicate entries will be void.
PRIZES:The winner will receive 2 x single tickets to Panic at the Disco live at Spark Arena. Winner will also be driven by the ZM Black Thunders to Spark Arena from Whangarei and will receive dinner for two at Burger King on the way. Following the concert the ZM Black Thunders will return to Whangarei and winners will be dropped off at NZME – 88 Robert Street, Whangarei.
Winning the Prize:
1. One entry will be randomly selected by the Promoter at the end of the promotional period.
2. You are not able to win more than once.
3. The Promoter’s ZM Northland Brand Engagement team will call the winner after 5PM on Monday 15th October 2018
4. The Promoter will attempt to contact the Winner a maximum of 2 times, to the phone number provided at the time of entry. The entry will be forfeited after three failed attempts.
5. To claim the Prize, the Prize Winners must provide ZM with their mobile phone number, and confirmation of their eligibility i.e. copy of their New Zealand driver’s licence, passport or HANZ (R18 Card), via email to Dillon.Johnstone@nzme.co.nz. If this information is not provided within two (2) days of the Promotion ending, the Prize Winner will forfeit their prize.
6. The Prize Winners will receive the prizes and must be collected from NZME,88 Robert Street Whangarei or unless organised with a member of the ZM Northland Brand Engagement team.
7. In order to win the Prize, Participants will be required to participate on-air. If the Promoter believes, in the Promoter’s absolute discretion, that the Participant may use offensive or inappropriate behaviour or language, or the Participant does anything that may damage the reputation of the Promoter, the Promoter may disqualify the Participant from the Promotion and any Prize awarded by the Promoter will be forfeit.
8. The Prize is not transferable or negotiable and may only be claimed by the Prize Winner.
9. The Promoter will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Promotion including, without limitation, any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss)
