More than 2000 kilograms of cheeses were sniffed, savoured and sampled by 28 judges in Auckland last month. Now, the winners have been recognised with judges dishing out 23 trophies, 41 gold medals, 66 silver medals and 53 bronze medals to a stellar line-up of cheesemakers.
Our lucky winner will receive a bountiful, one-of-a-kind prize that includes a rare selection of this year's impressive Champions of Cheese Awards trophy-winners, including The Cheese Barn Organic Cumin Seed Gouda, Kapiti Kikorangi, Barry’s Bay Aged Gouda with Cumin Seed, Meyer Cheese Cracked Pepper, Over the Moon Southern Cross by Neil Willman, three boxes of delicious 180 Degrees crackers and a jar of Taste of the Alps Vineyard Pinot Noir Jelly, valued at more than $100.
