20 Shots at a Suzuki Swift takes place on the court at ¾ break during the Silver Ferns vs. Australian Diamonds at TSB Bank Arena on Thursday 18th October!
You’ll have 2 minutes and 30 seconds to make your twenty shots from the designated spot situated at the top of the circle. Make one successful goal within the time limit to win the new Suzuki Swift GL AUTO!

35. By entering this competition you accept these terms and conditions and agree to follow the Instructions on how to
enter (if there is any inconsistency between the information on how to enter and these terms and conditions, these
terms and conditions prevail). References to “terms and conditions” mean these terms and conditions and the privacy

36. Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand. NZME employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter or
win
37. To enter, listen to The Hits for your ’20 SHOTS AT A SUZUKI SWIFT cue to call.’ Be the lucky selected caller to take part.
38. The announcer will shoot 3 goals at a netball hoop or similar simulation
39. Every successful goal the announcer completes represents another entry in to the grand prize draw (maximum of 3
entries per caller)
40. All entries become the property of NZME
41. NZME is not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, incorrect or misdirected entries
42. Entries close Friday 12th October 2018
43. There is one main prize to be won. The prize winner will be drawn at random
44. The prize will be drawn by 6.00pm Friday 12th October 2018
45. The prize winner will be contacted by telephone
46. If the prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize and NZME will
make a redraw
47. The winner must be available to travel to Wellington on Thursday 18th October 2018 and be available for competition
elements throughout the day
48. If the winner is unavailable on Thursday 18th October the winner will forfeit the prize and NZME will make a redraw
49. If the winner lives further than 3 hours’ drive from Wellington, they will be provided with flights for two to from their
nearest centre to Wellington Airport return
50. If the winner lives outside of Wellington but within 3 hours drive of Wellington, they will be supplied with fuel
vouchers up to the value of NZ$200
51. If the winner lives outside of Wellington they will be provided with one night accommodation in Wellington
52. The winner will receive two tickets to Silver Ferns vs. Australian Diamonds at TSB Bank Arena on Thursday 18th

53. The winner will appear on court during the ¾ time break of Silver Ferns vs Australian Diamonds at TSB Bank Arena on
Thursday 18th October 2018
54. The winner will take 20 shots at goal at a designated spot at the top of the shooting circle
55. The winner must complete all 20 shots within 2 minutes and 30 seconds
56. All shots after this time frame are invalid for prize
57. The winner only needs to make one successful hoop to claim a new Suzuki Swift
58. Once one successful goal is made the game is over

61. The vehicle will be made available for collection at the closest Suzuki dealership to the prize winner
62. Choice of colour is dependent on stock availability
63. The prize is not transferable or redeemable as cash
64. In the event the grand prize winner misses all 20 attempts at goal they will win nothing and on Friday 19th October,
Stace and Flynny will make a random draw from the Second Chance Draw entries online at thehits.co.nz
65. The second chance draw winner will claim the grand prize
66. NZME’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into
67. The winner acknowledges that, to the extent permitted by law, NZME accepts no responsibility or liability (including in
negligence) to any person for any harm, damage, illness, injury, cost, loss, damage, expense or claim which may occur
as a result of the winner winning or using the prize. The winner accepts and uses the prize at his or her own risk and
agrees to indemnify NZME against all costs, losses, damages, expenses and liabilities (including for loss of reputation
and goodwill) and any claim arising from their own actions in any way in connection with the prize
68. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 the prize will be awarded to the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian. By
accepting the prize, the winner’s parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms and conditions
69. NZME reserves the right (in their absolute discretion) to extend, postpone, or cancel the competition and to update
these terms and conditions on without notice
70. The prize winner may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize
71. NZME reserves the right to request the prize winners to provide proof of identity at the nominated prize collection
address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of NZME. To accept the prize the winner
must agree to relevant third party terms and conditions relating to the prize
