Who can enter the Trade Me Jobs and Mazda New Zealand - Job Profile giveaway?Entry is open to registered Trade Me users who are New Zealand residents, aged 18 years and over, and possess a valid full NZ driver’s licence. Directors and staff of Trade Me Limited, and of Mazda Motors of New Zealand Limited, are not eligible to enter.
When does the giveaway close and how can one enter?The giveaway closes on March 31, 2024, at 11:59 pm (NZST). To enter, participants must create or update their Trade Me Jobs Profile at https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/jobs/profile between March 1, 2024, 12:01 am and March 31, 2024, 11:59 pm (NZST).
What are the details required for entering?Creating a profile requires personal details including region, district, next job title, preferred industry, preferred locations, eligibility to work in New Zealand, and most recent role (if applicable). Updating a profile involves adding or altering personal details, summary, next role preference, experience, education, skills, and CV.
What is the prize and how is the winner determined?There will be one winner selected at random. The winner will receive a major prize provided by Mazda Motors of New Zealand Limited, consisting of a Mazda MX-30 M Hybrid valued at $47,500 inc GST, including all on-road costs, a set of Mats, and Cargo Liner. The color will be determined by Mazda, subject to availability. The prize is exclusive of upgrades, extras, and add-ons, non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other item.
How is the winner notified and how can they redeem the prize?The winner will be notified by Trade Me via email within 5 working days of the selection. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, they forfeit the prize and another winner will be randomly selected. The winner's details will be passed to Mazda for prize redemption. Additional information, including a valid full New Zealand driver’s license, may be required for prize collection.
Are there any conditions associated with winning?The winner must not sell, transfer, or assign ownership of the Vehicle for six (6) calendar months from the date of delivery. The winner must arrange their own insurance for the Vehicle. The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by Trade Me and the winner accepts the prize subject to those conditions.
Will the winner's information be publicized?If the entrant is the winner, their name, photo, and a description of the prize may be published on Trade Me and/or Mazda’s online platforms. Entrants agree to make themselves available for publicity and grant permission for their name, character, photographs, videos, voice, and likeness to be used for advertising, promotion, and marketing purposes.
What are the liability limitations?Trade Me and Mazda shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or winner resulting from or connected to the giveaway or prize redemption. Their liability will be limited to a maximum of $500 for all claims. They will not be liable for circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
How is personal information handled?Personal information provided by entrants will be collected and held by Trade Me to administer the giveaway in accordance with their Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020. Mazda's Privacy Policy applies when interacting with the mazda.co.nz website. The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat.
