Fresh Sausage Kit (RRP $234.90)
Make delicious gourmet sausages at home, know what is in your food and be creative by making something completely unique. Recipes include: Spanish Chorizo Pork, Pork with Beef & Sundried Tomato, British Style Lamb, Low Fat Chicken & Herb, and Venison with Cranberry & Walnut. Kit contains: Stainless steel meat grinder with rubber feet clamp which fits a bench of up to 55mm wide, grinding plate, stuffing plate, mincing blade, meat plunger, sausage stuffing attachments (3 sizes: 15mm, 20mm, 23mm diameters), collagen casings (2 rolls: 10m long, 30mm diameter), recipes and instructions.
Kefir Kit (RRP $19.95)
Kefir is the latest health craze… It’s a delicious healthy drink, containing eight strains of live kefir culture which are beneficial for your tummy and help you get the best out of your food. Kefir can be made without milk too, so those with lactose intolerances can still reap the health rewards! Just add the culture to your own milk, soy, coconut milk or juice and leave for 24 hours, shake and enjoy! Drink on its own, pour over cereal or add to a smoothie, it couldn’t be easier. With this kit you can also make Kefir Cheese. Kit includes culture to make up to 6L of kefir, a stainless steel mixing ball, cheese cloth, 1L Mad Millie mason jar and instructions.
Cultured Butter Kit (RRP $24.90)
Make handcrafted European style butter in your own home! This kit uses live cultures for an authentic, farmhouse flavour just like butter made by artisan producers in Europe. Kit Includes: 1 L Glass Jar with Lid, Stainless Steel Mixing Ball – Used to culture and churn the butter, 3 Pack of Mesophillic Culture, Wax Paper Sheets with Sealing Stickers, Artisan Salt, Recipe for Cultured Butter.
