1. The Promoter is Eggs Incorporated NZ.
2. Promotion ends 11.59pm on 17/10/21.
3. Entry is open to NZ residents only.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. The Prize consist of 1 x Grand Prize of 1 x Limited Edition Gold Kenwood Mixer valued at $649. Consolation Prize Draws consist of 25 x copies of The Incredible Egg Cookbook valued at $45 ea. 1 x copy per each consolation prize draw winner. Total 25 winners.
6. Entry is limited to one per person. Where multiple registrations or entries occur all entries will be voided.

8. Winners will be drawn by a random prize draw held 4pm 20/10/21.
9. All Winners will be notified by email by 22/10/21. If a Winner cannot be contacted after three attempts and notification emails sent are not responded to within 14 days the Judge will select another Winner which will then void the original draw and Winner.
10. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and not transferable. In the event of international delivery or logistics delays beyond our control the cookbook prize may be substituted for an equivalent book of the same value.
11. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Participation in the Promotion is deemed as full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the Winner does not accept these Terms and Conditions the prize will be forfeited.
13.The data you supply for your entry will be used solely for the purpose of the prize draws and will not be stored or used for any other purpose thereafter.
14. By opting to tick the future communication box on the entry form you confirm that you have given permission and authorisation for your personal information supplied to be stored by Eggs Incorporated NZ and to receive future communications from them. Not selecting this option will have no influence over the prize draws whatsoever.
15.The Promoter and their agents take no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to any equipment or any other technical malfunctions, inadvertent disconnections, Force Majeure or otherwise.
16. To the fullest extent permitted by NZ law the Promoter or their agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) as a result of any prize won.
