Prize: 1 of 10 Rimmel Lasting Finish Foundations - Shade as selected by the winner.
1. Entry into the prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promotion is open to all residents of New Zealand who have a valid Facebook account.
3. Any entrant who is under the age of 16 years must have their parent or guardian’s permission to enter.
4. Employees of the promoter (CS Company), the promoters associated companies (Rimmel London retailers) and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
5. The “Promotion Period” commences on 3 November 2014 and closes at 11:59pm on 19 November 2014.
6. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to notification before 9am on 3 December 2014 the prize will be declared null and void at the discretion of CS Company and another winner will be drawn.
7. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
8. Entrants may only enter one time with their Facebook account, and will receive one additional entry every time a friend enters.
9. Any form of automated entry using any device or software is invalid.
10. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to alteration of entries.
11. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Prizes cannot be varied or transferred for cash and are not transferrable.
13. Under the Privacy Act 1993, Eligible Entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter as set out below.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice for any reason. By entering the promotion you agree that you will be bound by such changes and that you will not hold the Promoter liable for any losses resulting from these changes.
