• Promoter: The Promoter is Tui Products Ltd, Truman Lane, Te Maunga, Mt Maunganui, New Zealand.


• Promotion Period: The Promotion will commence at 7:00am on Sunday 1st October 2017 and closes at midnight on Thursday 30th November 2017. (Promotion Period).


• Participating Stores: Stockists of Tui branded products. Participation is at store discretion.


• Entry Restrictions: This promotion is only open to residents of New Zealand, for purchases made in New Zealand. Employees (and their Immediate Family) of the Promoter, the Participating Stores or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliated companies, or any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. “Employees” means any directors, management or employees who perform work under the control of another in exchange for payment. “Immediate Family” means any of the following: wife, husband, spouse, parent, siblings, and children. The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an eligible entrant in its absolute discretion.


• How to enter: To enter: During the Promotional Period, Eligible Entrants must have purchased at least one (1) Tui product from a Participating Store during the Promotional Period (Qualifying Purchase). After making a Qualifying Purchase, entrants submit their entry either online by filling out the entry form at tuiproducts.co.nz or by texting HOMEMADE to 9090. Standard text charges may apply. Proof of purchase must be retained and presented by the Winner.


• Prize Draw: A random prize draw will be conducted at Tui Products Ltd (Draw Location) by a representative of Tui Products Ltd on Monday 4 December 2017 (Prize Draw). The first valid Eligible Entrant shall win the Prize Pool. This random draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.


• Major Prize: A one on one garden consultation and plan from Dan Mackay, $1000 of Tui products, $600 of Zealandia plants, $600 of Waimea Nurseries fruit trees. Total Prize Pool RRP $5200. The Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The garden consultation and plan part of the Major Prize from Dan Mackay must be taken on one of the following dates: 23, 24, 25 March 2018 or 30, 31 March, 1 April 2018. The garden consultation and plan from Dan Mackay is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.


• Notification: Winners will be notified by phone, and/or via email, within five (5) business days of the Prize Draw.


• Unclaimed Prize Draw: If a prize remains unclaimed for any reason, a random re-draw will be conducted. (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”) The Unclaimed Prize Draw shall take place 14 days following the original Prize Draw at the same location as the original draws (Re-Draw).


• Entry Limits: One entry per eligible product purchased.


• Verification/Proof of Purchase: Entrants must retain their original itemised receipt/s or supplier Invoice to verify each entry and must retain these until their prize has been received.

- By claiming the Prize, the Winners agree to their name being published on the Promoter's website, Facebook page, Email Newsletter and Tui Times Publication.
- Winner of the Major Prize agrees to be available for photo opportunities. The Winner agrees to media releases regarding their win which includes, but is not limited to, photographs on the Promoter’s website www.tuiproducts.co.nz, Facebook Page, Email Newsletter and Press Releases.
- The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from the Promotion, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
- All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition entrants understand and agree that the Promoter may contact them by either by phone or email after the Promotion Period to advise the Winners of the prizes that they have won.
- The Promoter will only continue to contact entrants if they have agreed to receive the Promoter’s email newsletter. Subject to any applicable privacy laws.
- Tui Products Ltd accepts no liability for entries lost or not submitted.
- Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process will be ineligible to win.
