• Participation in any activities included in the prize is subject to all usual terms and conditions of those activities.
• The winner of the prize must provide at least one photo / image of themselves at each of the attractions included in the prize and authorises Hollyford Valley Walks and Dart River Adventures to use those photos / images for reasonable purposes including advertising and promotions.

• The winning entries for the prize will be drawn at the LMG premises, 4/14 Heather Street, Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand.
• Winners will be notified via email or phone that week. If the winners have not confirmed acceptance of their prizes within three days, the prize will be redrawn.
• The Prize does not include flights, travel or transportation to Queenstown. The prize does not include any other facilities or activities that are not listed in the prize description.
• In the event that travel is restricted due to Covid-19 at the time of the reservation, the promotional partner will arrange an alternative reservation, subject to availability.
• The prize winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in these terms and conditions, including (where applicable) transport, meal costs, spending money, insurance and all other incidentals – including additional guests.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
• In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
