*The winning entries for the prize will be drawn 9 March 2020 and the winners will be notified via email or phone that week. If the winners have not confirmed acceptance of their prizes within three days the prizes will be redrawn. Other travel and incidental costs associated with claiming the prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
* Date of travel is to be agreed upon by the Promoter but must be between May – December 2020.
*The prize includes return domestic Air New Zealand seat+bag flights for two to Hokitika from any Air New Zealand serviced domestic airport in New Zealand, two nights accommodation at Woodpecker Hut (Canopy Camping) for two persons (twin-share), and three-day rental car hire with Avis Rental Cars New Zealand. It also includes an entry for two to Coaltown Museum, a Reefton Distilling Co. tour for two and lunch for two at PR’s Cafe courtesy of Development West Coast – Tourism. Accommodation may not be available during peak periods. The prize winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in this clause, including (where applicable) transport, meal costs, spending money, insurance and all other incidentals – including additional guests.
*Flights, rental car and accommodation must be booked a minimum of 30 days prior to travel and will be subject to booking and flight availability. Travel during New Zealand Public or School Holidays, or large events, is not permitted. Travel is not permitted to commence from any origin point outside of New Zealand. Stopovers or stopovers within transit are not permitted.
*The prize winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same flight in both directions. The prize is non-transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and is available on Air New Zealand operated services only. In the instance that the winner lives in Hokitika, they can nominate two guests to travel to Hokitika from any Air New Zealand serviced domestic airport (nominated travellers will need to travel together on the same flights).
*All prize travel will be subject to Air New Zealand’s Conditions of Carriage; to view visit www.airnewzealand.co.nz. Prize travel will not be eligible to accrue Airpoints Dollars™ or Status Points and cannot be used in conjunction with Air New Zealand’s Airpoints™ Programme or any other carriers’ frequent flyer schemes.
*The car hire component of the prize only covers the base costs (time and kilometre charges) of the car rental and does not include optional extras or incidentals. All rentals are subject to an insurance excess; optional coverage is not included in the prize but is available for purchase at the counter.
*The value of the Avis car hire for this prize will be 3 days of rental, picking up from the airport at the flight arrival time and dropping off for departure. If the winner wishes to customise their travel plans (extending their travel, opting for a different vehicle category, etc) he/she can also opt to apply a $300 NZD credit upon which they can pay the difference remaining. The rental car prize cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable.
*Car renter must meet applicable age, driver’s licence and credit card requirements for the rental location they wish to rent from. Minimum age may vary by location and an underage surcharge may apply to drivers aged 21-25.

*In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
*The Promoter and their agents are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the promotion or accepting or using the prize.
