Win a Farm Shed Promotion
Conditions of Entry:
The Promoter of this competition is Spanbild New Zealand Limited P.O. Box 11-013, Sockburn, Christchurch 8443, New Zealand (the Promoter).
The competition will commence at 12.00am on 17 November 2014 and will close at 12.00pm on 15 December 2014.
Competition participants must be New Zealand residents over 18 years of age.
Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Employees and associates of the Spanbild Group, their families and associated companies are not eligible to enter.
Each participant may enter the promotion once at versatile.co.nz, each participant will have a total of one (1) possible opportunity to enter the promotion.
How to Enter:
For an entry to be valid, a participant must go to versatile.co.nz, enter their accurate and complete details on the official entry page.
Invalid entries may only be entered into the draw at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
Prize Details:
Participants will have the opportunity to win one prize consisting of a farm building kitset up to the value of $10,000 including GST.
The winning participant will be drawn on 18 December 2014 at 12.00pm at Spanbild New Zealand Ltd, 112 Waterloo Road, Hornby, Christchurch.
The winning participant will be the first randomly drawn entry from all valid entries. Only those entries accepted before 12.00pm on the day of 15 December will be accepted.
The participant with the winning entry will be contacted by email or telephone, using the details listed in their entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted using the email or telephone details listed on their entry form within two days after the winner is drawn, then that participant forfeits the prize and the Promoter shall be entitled to select a new winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Other Conditions:
The prize does not include the land on which the farm building is to be built. The winner is required to provide the land on which he or she would like the farm building to be built.
The winning participant will be required to enter into a building contract (at no cost) with the Promoter (the Building Contract) on receipt of the farm building. If the winner fails to do so, the winner forfeits its rights to the prize and the Promoter may draw a new winner from the remaining eligible entries.
The winning participant will be responsible for all costs associated with building the farm building, making the land suitable to construct the farm building (including without limitation as a result of ground conditions, contours, slopes and/or location of utilities on the land) and obtaining all consents necessary to build the farm building (including building consents and resource consents).
The farm buildings included in the mailer are for example purposes only and do not represent the farm building offered as a prize.
The farm building kitset will be delivered within New Zealand. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.
Only the person who originally entered the competition can be awarded the prize.
The promoter and their promotional companies reserve the right to use the name and details of any winner of any prize for publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation. By entering this competition, the participant consents to their name and details being used for any such publicity without any further reference, payment or other compensation. The participant selected pursuant to these terms may be asked to provide proof of identity prior to being declared the winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and cancel the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, without further notice.

Terms on farm buildings sale
Offer available on new orders from 17 November 2014 to 15 December 2014 OR while stocks last.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Buildings must be produced by the 28th of March 2015.
Free on site consultations and advice for constructed buildings only.
All buildings supplied as kitset and come with full instructions, delivered to your nearest Versatile freight depot.
The farm buildings shown on the mailer are rated to high wind zone and may not meet some council requirements. An upgrade to very high wind is available.
Products do not include variations to meet local council requirements.
No council, construction, delivery or reference to site preparation is included.
As Versatile is continuously improving its products it reserves the right to alter/modify/change the specification of its products at any time without notice.
