10 PRIZE PACKAGES consist of the following elements:
a. First Prize: • 1 x Trip for 2 to Vanuatu flying Air Vanuatu and staying 4 nights at The Terraces Boutique Apartments in Port Vila.
• The air tickets are valid for travel until 14 December 2019 • These tickets are not transferable from the original winner • Tickets are subject to availability, and are not available during school holidays except for the last 3 weeks of January 2019 • Flights permitted only on Air Vanuatu’s prime direct services from Auckland to Port Vila. • Flights are subject to availability and in most cases will not be confirmed until 30 days prior to departure. • Airport departure taxes, and all levies are not included; these are to be paid prior to ticketing (approximately NZD260.00 per person return) • Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond your stay.

Prize winners will be picked at random.
The winners will be notified by email by Choice TV and HGTV.
Winners will be contacted by each of the partners to organise delivery of prizes.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Entry is limited to one per person.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
Offer is only open to residents of New Zealand, except employees and their immediate families of The Promoter and its agencies associated with the promotion (including Choice TV and HGTV)
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, misdirected, late, inaccurate entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting any entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
By entering the competition, all entrants agree their details may be passed on to the prize partners, and be contacted by Choice TV, HGTV and our partners.
The winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Choice TV and HGTV and its partners in respect of any claim for accident, injury, property damage or loss of life in connection with this prize.
The winner is responsible for all insurance, tax, or other costs that may be associated with the prize.
