Who can enter the Facebook Summer Reading BedsRus 2025 Competition?The competition is open to anyone except for BedsRus employees, employees of participating sponsors or promoters, advertising agency employees, and their immediate families. Additionally, individuals under the age of 18 years cannot enter.
When does the competition close?The competition commences at 7pm NZST on Thursday, 23rd January 2025, and entries close at 11:59pm NZST on Wednesday, 29th January 2025.
How can one enter the competition?To enter the competition, participants must tag a friend and comment on their Summer reading list in the comments section of the competition post on the BedsRus Facebook page.
What prize/s can be won?There is one prize pack to be won, which includes:
- 1x $50 Whitcoulls voucher
- 1x Country Road Beach Towel valued at $109
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool is valued at $159, combining the $50 Whitcoulls voucher with the $109 Country Road Beach Towel.
How will the winners be selected and notified?Winners will be selected by an independent panel and contacted via Facebook through a reply to their entry comment or by private message. If a winner does not respond within five business days, they will forfeit the prize, and a redraw will take place.
How will the prize be delivered?The prize pack will be delivered to the winner at an address they nominate via courier delivery. Participants should allow for 1-2 weeks for the prize to be delivered.
Are there any restrictions on who can claim the prize?Only the individual who originally entered the competition can be awarded the prize. No other individuals, including family members or friends, can claim the prize on their behalf.
What are the risks associated with the prize?The winner takes the prize at their own risk and indemnifies BedsRus against any claims for accidents, injury, property damage, or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize.
What rights does BedsRus reserve regarding the competition?BedsRus reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue the promotion at any stage for any reason. They also reserve the right to exclude any participant on reasonable grounds and refuse to award a prize to anyone who violates the rules or participates fraudulently.
What happens to the winner's personal information?The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in promotional activities related to the competition. Any personal data will be used in accordance with BedsRus's privacy policy.
