1. By entering this promotion, customers accept these terms and conditions and agree to follow the instructions on how to enter.
2. The promotional period begins on 18th of May 2016 and finishes on 5th of June 2016. The draw will take place on 8th of June 2016 and the winner will be notified by 9th of June 2016 at midday.
3. Select your Console to be in the draw to win 1 copy of the Named Game on your Chosen Platform.
4. To be eligible to enter, customers must Like “The Warehouse Gaming” Facebook page, and answer the question through the Woo Box Sweepstakes Application.
5. Just your preferred Console to be in the draw to win. “The Named Title” on your selected platform.
6. Entry is open to New Zealand residents.
7. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the permission of their parent or legal guardian to enter the competition..
7a. Entrants must be over the age of 16 to enter.
8. When redeeming the prize, the winner must still like “The Warehouse Gaming” Facebook page or their entry will be considered void and a redraw will take place.
9. Entrants cannot create supplementary pages to gain additional entries. Any entrant found doing this will have all entries disqualified.
10. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prize winner will be notified by telephone, post or email from the details supplied on their competition entry.
12. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to notification from The Warehouse within 10 working days of the prize draw, the prize will be declared null and void at the discretion of The Warehouse and another winner will be drawn.
13. If any winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
14. The Warehouse reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or in the opinion of The Warehouse, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements; disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who has, in the opinion of The Warehouse, engaged in conduct in entering the competition which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the competition and/or The Warehouse.
15. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, entrants agree that their name, town/suburb and Facebook Profile photo may be used for publicity purposes in connection with this promotion in any media, without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
16. Entries will become the property of The Warehouse. Entrants’ details will only be used for database purposes if outlined during entry process.
17. The Warehouse may be required by law to disclose any of the information that you provide. The Warehouse will only make the disclosure if it believes, in good faith, that it is required to do so.
18. The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner is ineligible for a prize or does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
19. The Warehouse shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. The Warehouse reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel a competition and to update these Terms and Conditions without notice.
21. All components of the prize must be taken together.
22. Any change in the value of the prize between publishing date and the date prize is claimed is not the responsibility of The Warehouse.
23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
