How can they enter the competition?To enter the competition, participants must complete the entry form on the competition landing page by providing their full name, email address, and state. They must agree to receive email marketing communications from the promoter and competition partners (Stone & Wood, Unyoked). Entrants may unsubscribe to email marketing from the promoter and competition partners at any time after receipt of the first promotional email. Each participant may only enter once.
What is the prize they can win?The total prize value is $1,750 AUD. This includes 2 nights in an Unyoked Cabin in Byron Bay (for two people) worth $750, a waterfall tour for 2 worth $400 AUD, car hire worth $300 AUD, dinner at the Stone & Wood Brewery up to the value of $150 AUD, Stone & Wood Merch worth $150 AUD, and a behind-the-scenes tour of the Stone & Wood Brewery in Murwillumbah. Flights are not included in the prize, winners must make their own way to Byron Bay.
What is the total worth of the prize?The total worth of the prize is $1,750 AUD.
When and how will the winner be drawn?The winner will be chosen at random with a third party draw service on the 10/08/2023 at 11:00 AM AEST at the promoter’s premises at 2/10 Towers Drive, Mullumbimby NSW 2481. The winner will be notified by email and announced on the promoter's social media platforms on the same day.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?If the prize remains unclaimed for 1 month after the end of the competition period, it will be awarded to another entrant as determined by the promoter. This would occur on 06/09/2023 if required. The prizes are valid for redemption until 12/07/2024.
How can disputes related to the competition be resolved?An entrant may email the promoter stating their dispute. The promoter is required to respond within 30 days and set a time for questions and answers if desired by the entrant. A final written decision from the promoter will be supplied containing concise, reasoned decisions.
