Who Can Enter - Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are over the age of 18 years old. Employees of Kiwi Car Loans Limited and associated companies, suppliers and contractors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entries are not accepted by mail, email, phone or other entry methods. Entries must be completed on the Facebook application. Entrants must be a Facebook fan of Kiwi Car Loans Limited on the day of the draw for the entry to be valid.
Dates - The promotion commences at 9am on Friday 8th December 2017 and closes at 11:59pm on Tuesday 2nd January 2018.
Prizes - The promotion consists of one major prize, an Apple iPhone X 5.8-inch display, recommended retail price $1,799. RRP is based on the advertised price on www.apple.com/nz on the day the competition launches.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and Kiwi Car Loans Limited reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Extra Entries - Entrants who like the @KiwiCarLoans Facebook page OR Share the Facebook Contest link in addition to their initial Facebook contest entry will receive one (1) additional entry in the prize draw. Entrants who like the @KiwiCarLoans Facebook page AND Share the Facebook Contest link in addition to their initial Facebook contest entry will receive two (2) additional entries in the prize draw. Maximum three (3) entries per person.
Winner - The winning entry will be drawn randomly from all correctly submitted entries on the day after the closing date. The winner will be notified by email or Facebook within seven (7) working days of being drawn. The decision of Kiwi Car Loans Limited shall be final and binding.
Prize Collection - If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, Kiwi Car Loans Limited reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner. Kiwi Car Loans Limited will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. The winner will be required to show proof of identification upon collection.
All Rights Reserved - Kiwi Car Loans Limited reserves the absolute right to cancel or discontinue or terminate the competition at any time or to accept or reject any or all entries at their absolute discretion without giving any prior notice and/or without assigning any reason whatsoever.
