Over the past few years the Jimmy Choo brand has evolved from covetable shoes into bags and accessories for both men and women and now introduces its first men’s fragrance, Jimmy Choo MAN. Key ingredients of lavender, pineapple leaf and patchouli capture what they describe as “touches of rock ’n’ roll with a hint of 1960s Mayfair playboy”. Who could resist that? Contained within a bottle inspired by an antique hip flask, 100ml retails for $130. Another couture fragrance, Extatic by Balmain, is designed, they say, for the woman who knows how to combine boldness with elegance. A floral oriental, it incorporates a whole bouquet of exotic blooms with a nod to the flagship leather of Balmain couture. A 100ml eau de parfum is valued at $190.
