Other times it can be a little more complex and, unless you’re an expert, you might need a hand. Spark wants to help everyone get the most out of their internet connection, so we’re developing some guides and instructions that will help you do some basic trouble-shooting at home.
We want these guides to be really useful and easy to follow. To do that, we need to know what you think. You can tell us by taking part in our survey. Everyone who takes part will be in to win one of four $50 Prezzy Card vouchers or Spark account credits.
