Diners have until the end of March to head along to one of 12 restaurants across the country to sample one of the very well executed dishes which made the finals in the 2015 Silver Fern Farms Premier Selection Awards. The field was narrowed down from 62 entrants who created an original dish using one of the Silver Fern Farms cuts of lamb,beef, venison or SILERE alpine origin merino.
