What is the prize and what is its total worth?The prize is a one-night stay for two people at Fallow Ridge Retreat, valued at $670. The prize also includes private, self-contained accommodation and a grazing platter for two, valued at $70.
Is the prize transferable or redeemable for cash?No, the prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
When will the winner be chosen?The winner will be chosen by random draw on 26 June 2023, and will be notified via email or phone that week.
What is the prize subject to?The prize is subject to standard terms and conditions of Fallow Ridge Retreat, and is subject to availability. The booking must be made directly with Fallow Ridge Retreat, subject to availability. The prize must be taken before 26 June 2024.
Does the prize include anything else besides the one-night stay and grazing platter?No, the prize does not include flights, travel or transportation to Waikouaiti or to Fallow Ridge Retreat, nor does it include any other facilities or activities that are not listed in the prize description.
Can the winner rebook if travel is restricted due to Covid-19 at the time of reservation?Yes, the winner can rebook up to six months from the original reservation date, subject to availability.
Who is responsible for paying additional costs associated with the prize?The prize winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in these terms and conditions, including transport, meal costs, spending money, insurance, and all other incidentals – including additional guests.
What happens if the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control?In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Promoter and their agents are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the promotion or accepting or using the prize.
