1. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions. 2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over ('Eligible Person').
Conditions of Entry
How to Enter:
Entry into the competition requires an Eligible Person to complete and submit the online competition form during the Promotional Period, with the following information: Full Name and Email Address.
1.The competition will commence at 12 noon (NZ) Tuesday September 23rd 2014 and finish at 11.59am Tuesday October 7th 2014.
2.To provide each entrant with this competition, the Promoters need to collect personal information about each entrant. If you do not provide the information requested, you will not be entered into the competition. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoters. All entries become the property of the Promoters. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoters.
3.Employees of the Promoters and their immediate families, and other companies associated with the promotion, are ineligible to enter the competition.
4.All competition entry details incorrectly entered shall be deemed invalid.
5.Proof of identity, age and residence may be requested at the Promoters discretion to validate a winning entry. The Promoters also reserve the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process.
6.When registering for this promotion you are automatically subscribed to receive promotional daily emails from the Promoter. Entrants already signed up to the daily emails are also eligible to enter competition.

8.Any costs associated with accessing the website are the entrant's responsibility and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used by the entrant.
9.Additional entries can be gained into this promotion anytime by referring friends and posting the promotion information on various social networks. Please note additional entries are only gained when friends click through the link provided in social network posts.
10. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late or misdirected entries. The winner must be signed up to receive the promoter's emails at the time of the draw.
11.The Promoters reserve the right to use the winner's name and photo for promotional purposes.
12.The prize will be drawn on Wednesday October 8th 2014.
13.Winners will be notified via email and published on the Promoters Facebook page. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14.Attempts will be made to notify the winner by email at the email address provided at time of entry. If the Promoters, having used reasonable efforts, are unable to contact the prize winner prior to Friday October 17th 2014 then the prize is forfeited and a further draw(s) will be conducted. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15.The Promoter's reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to vary, suspend and/or terminate the promotion, remove any content, or remove any entry at any time, for any reason including (without limitation) if the promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Promoter's that corrupts, impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion.
16.Neither the Promoter's nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.

The Prize:
$1,000 Travel Voucher to be used on any deal offered on 1-day Escapes. Voucher is valid until April 8th 2015. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or returned for credit. The full amount of voucher needs to be used in one transaction – no change will be given for partial use.
